Clean, Calm and Collected

A society is defined not only by what it creates, but by what it refuses to destroy – John Sawhill

01.We do things the right way

The Earth is the only planet we have, and it’s not disposable. It’s up to all of us to be conscious of how we use, reuse and dispose of its resources.

02.We are nationwide

We currently serve Gauteng, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Limpopo provinces, and we’re expanding our service offering nationwide.

03.We believe in safety

Every human activity generates waste – and whatever kind of waste it is, Tshenolo Waste has the capability and the drive to safely collect, transport and process it.

04.We won't waste your time

It’s a dirty job, but someone’s got to do it – and we do it better than anyone else. Why waste your time and money elsewhere, when you can just pick up the phone and call Tshenolo Waste?

Our Goal

The worst kind of waste is wasted talent and potential. Our training and development programmes empower people through upskilling, increasing their self-esteem.

Our goal is to be a leader in tackling national and global waste disposal challenges. We can only do this in partnership with our people when we create a culture of engagement, and a yearning for excellence.

By developing our people, we can power the growth of our company. It’s how we plan to clean up.

Recycling turns things into other things, which is like magic.

Tshenolo Waste in association with Kyogen has the capacity for ‘cradle to grave’ recycling management. Our processing plant (Kyogen) also enables us to deliver on our promise of community job creation through beneficiation.

Our processes result in the recovery of significant volumes of recyclable materials (general waste), and a corresponding reduction in the quantity of waste that ends up in landfill sites.

Management

Tshenolo Waste is led by an experienced team of committed, hands-on waste management professionals, with years of accumulated experience and clean records. We’ve developed ultimate waste solutions that don’t just move or transfer a problem, but deal with it the right way.

The best answer may not be the cheapest or quickest one, but it’s the one that we’ll always recommend. We’re committed to the wellbeing of our planet, our people, and our customers – and these are things we’ll never compromise on. By recognising the creativity of our people, and facilitating their efforts to achieve their potential, we can leave the world in a better state than we found it.
